These Terms of Service are a pre-launch template for the Lamdagan AI public marketing website. They must be reviewed and finalized against the verified business entity, actual services, contracting process, official contact details, and applicable Philippine law before production publication.
2. Website purpose
The website provides general information about proposed AI-agent development, business automation, possible use cases, and consultation services. Website content does not by itself create a client relationship, binding project commitment, service-level agreement, warranty, or obligation to implement a particular integration.
3. Frontend demonstrations
Chat conversations, booking panels, order summaries, calendars, workflow diagrams, dashboards, status cards, and form success states are simulated frontend demonstrations. They use mock data and do not represent live AI calls, real bookings, real orders, real payments, real messages, real availability, or active integrations.
4. Consultation requests
The prototype form does not send or store data. After a secure production endpoint is connected, submitting an inquiry will request contact but will not guarantee acceptance, response timing, project availability, pricing, technical feasibility, or a commercial agreement. Any engagement should be governed by a separate written proposal or contract.
5. Acceptable use

The project uses open-source software packages under their respective licenses. Those licenses continue to govern the relevant software components.
7. Accuracy and updates
Lamdagan AI should make reasonable efforts to keep public information current, but business capabilities, integrations, compatibility, timelines, availability, policies, and examples may change. Production claims must be verified before publication. The website should not be relied upon as professional legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity, or compliance advice.
8. Third-party services and links
Future links or integrations may lead to third-party platforms. Their availability, security, privacy, terms, and content are controlled by their respective providers. A link or technical compatibility statement does not imply an unverified partnership or endorsement.
9. No guaranteed outcomes
AI and automation can support faster responses, organization, and reduced repetitive work, but outcomes depend on data quality, business rules, integrations, staff processes, customer behavior, infrastructure, testing, and ongoing oversight. The website does not guarantee revenue, conversion, ranking, accuracy, availability, cost savings, or return on investment.
10. AI limitations and human oversight
AI systems can misunderstand requests, produce incorrect outputs, or behave unexpectedly. Production systems should use approved knowledge, permissions, validation, monitoring, logging, fallback paths, and human review appropriate to the use case.
