1. Consultation inquiry process
The Lamdagan AI website accepts business consultation requests. Information entered in the form is transmitted through the website’s protected endpoint and delivered to the Lamdagan AI inquiry inbox by email.
2. Personal information controller
Lamdagan AI determines the purpose and means of processing consultation-form information for business inquiry handling. Formal registered-business and designated privacy-officer details should be added when finalized.
3. Personal information collected
- Identity and business information: full name, company name, and industry
- Contact information: email address and mobile number
- Inquiry information: current challenge, preferred solution, estimated inquiry volume, and message
- Consent and communication records
- Limited security and technical information necessary to operate and protect the website
4. Purpose and proportionality
Information is collected to receive, assess, route, and respond to a business consultation request. The form should not be used to submit unnecessary sensitive personal information.
5. Basis for processing
The form requests affirmative consent to contact the requester regarding the inquiry. Other lawful criteria may apply where processing is necessary for a requested transaction, legal obligation, or legitimate business purpose, subject to Philippine data privacy requirements.
6. Recipients and processors
Access is intended to be limited to authorized Lamdagan AI personnel and approved providers supporting the inquiry process. Cloudflare provides hosting, security, and email-sending infrastructure. Google Gmail is used as the receiving inbox.
7. Retention and disposal
Consultation records and correspondence are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for inquiry handling, follow-up, operational needs, legal requirements, security, or dispute resolution. Information should be securely deleted or disposed of when no longer needed.
8. Security measures
The website uses HTTPS, server-side validation, a restricted email destination, and basic anti-spam controls. Access to inquiry emails should be protected through appropriate account security and limited authorization.
9. Data-subject rights
Individuals may have rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and related issuances, including rights concerning information, access, objection, correction, erasure or blocking, damages, data portability, and complaint. Requests may be initiated through the website consultation form and may require identity verification.
10. Automated processing and AI
Submitting a consultation request does not by itself subject a person to a solely automated high-impact decision. If AI tools later assist with inquiry summarization, routing, qualification, or response drafting, meaningful human oversight and appropriate notice should be maintained.
11. Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, medical records, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information through the general consultation form.
